In which town do you live? Is it red or white or both? Is it local or foreign wine?

To give you an idea, I live in Brussels in Belgium and the cheapest wine I can find here is a box of 3 liters of red or white Spanish wine for 6 Euro = 430 Indian Rupee
Port Wine is the cheapest. You will get wine in any shop al Rs.45.
