Generally you are recommended to only have one or two GLASSES a day, not a full bottle. The reason why you are not feeling ill effects (i.e. not hungover) is because your body has gotten used to processing that much alcohol in one night. You are definitely on the verge of a drinking problem; although you should probably consult a specialist or therapist.
Wine stays good for about 24 to 48 hours, depending the vintage and storing methods. Try only drinking 2 glasses or half a bottle a day. You’ll go from over drinking to the recommended amount.

This is not necessarily something to be ‘concerned’ about more so than ‘worried’ or ‘watchful’. A typical recommendation is a glass or two a day–with a leaning towards the one glass a day. A serving of wine is a 5 ounce glass. Another commenter stated that a ’5th’ bottle is only two glasses. That is incorrect. A 750mL bottle is about 25.4 Ounces, which is just over 5 servings. If you are drinking one bottle a night, you are well over the recommended servings. If you continue this, your body will build a dependency for this and eventually a tolerance. This means that you will have to buy larger quantities (i.e. a 1.5Liter bottle–the equivalent of two 750mL bottles) in order to receive the same ‘high’. It doesn’t matter how well you recover the next day. That just means that your current tolerance is high, which could be dangerous. Prolonged periods of over-drinking can lead to alcoholism and harmful body effects.
