Probably the best wine that match with Spaghetti alla BOLOGNESE is LAMBRUSCO that is produced only 20 miles away from the town of Bologna.
Isn’t so expensive because in Italy the average cost of a good quality bottle is around 6-7 Euro
For a better taste it has to be served at 12-12 C or 52 F in large glass. The correct alchool percentage is not elevated, usually under 10 %.
Please not Chianti wine because it’s made to match with grilled meat with strong taste as veal or pork

I like Chianti with Bolognese, and I think that that is the key…if you enjoy a certain wine then it is OK to drink it.
