If unopened, I would consume within 1 year of bottling – not a wine you would age for years. If opened, not more than 5 days or so – this would apply to ANY open bottle of wine (time could very between type of wine and brand). Once the air hits the wine, that’s when the oxidation process starts and turns it to vinegar.
