Can red wine go bad when left out of the frige?
My wife has a bottle of Sangria that was opened this summer but we never drank it. Can it go bad even though red wine is not to be refridgerated.
most red wines are best at room temperature. normally if you cork it it’s good for a little bit. since sangria is infused with fruit it should be refrigerated. since you’ve had it since the summer, i wouldn’t drink it. it’s probably already started to turn due to the extra sugar content from the fruit. if you want you can smellit or taste a sip, it won’t kill you, but my guess is it’s on it’s way to vinegar
Spain has great art collections and fancy bulls and dancers
